Job Overview: Signagelive seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales through our existing and future German-speaking resellers, partners, and end customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional relationship-building skills, and fluency in German.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the DACH territory to expand our distribution network.
- Business Development : actively seeking potential customers through different channels and managing the full sales cycle through the channel.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure partner satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the DACH market to achieve revenue targets.
- Training & Support: Provide training, resources, and support to partners to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing feedback and strategic insights to drive improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align initiatives and support reseller & customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business development, channel sales or account management. Experience in the AV industry or signage sector is considered a plus.
- Native or bilingual in German and Business Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving channel growth.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows or perform commercial visits
