The innovation hub is a cross functional and world-wide active team of professionals within the ARRI group focussing on the needs of our industry friends and partners, working with our customers to improve film making tools to boost creativity, efficiency and quality.
As innovation manager cine solutions you will be the client and application specialist who works together with the technical and business development specialists.
Tasks:
- Establish and maintain intensive and close contacts to our world-wide industry end users on set
- Gather and evaluate ideas, challenges and issues from our customers
- Participate in definition of products and solutions in a user-centric approach
- Specify product requirements and validate results
- Support our industry clients in usage of current and prototype tools and equipment
- Organize field tests and ensure constant close feedback loops between technical teams and clients
- A degree in engineering or from film school focusing on technology or cinematography
- Profound professional experience in the film industry in a technical role
- Intensive on-set experience in international film productions and profound knowledge in high end camera and lighting technology
- Established trusted relationships into high end film industry and into technical supplier companies for the film industry
- Speaking and understanding the specific language of our clients and translating it into technical requirements and high level of ability to work in a team
- Business fluent in English and willing to travel internationally
